3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India.
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on location.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window for online purchases.
Return courier charges are paid by the customer.

5. Warranty

All products purchased from Spexone come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects only, such as frame defects or lens defects.
Warranty does not cover damage due to:
- Accidental drops, scratches, or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear

To claim the warranty, please contact us at info@spexone.com with your order details and photos of the product issue. We will review and guide you through the replacement or repair process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spexone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability for any defective product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as per our policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
