Return Process

Return Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Courier/return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
In such cases, return courier charges will be covered by us.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
