  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Returns & Courier Charges

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery

  • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Additional courier charges arising from re-delivery may be charged to the customer

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
