To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Certain types of items are exempt from being refunded. These include:
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Items marked as non-refundable during the purchase process.
• Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@spexone.com and send your item to: AG-1, Durga Complex, Himatnaga, Gujarat-383001, INDIA.
To return your product, you should mail it to: AG-1, Durga Complex, Himatnaga, Gujarat-383001, INDIA.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
